 /p>\n<p>Min Cao is a Program &amp\; Event Specialist at Waterloo Public Li
 brary with more than 10 years of experience serving Ontario&rsquo\;s publi
 c library communities\, including previously working as a Supervisor with 
 the Mississauga Library System.</p>\n<p>Originally from Shanghai\, China\,
  Min is passionate about sharing Chinese culture and building community co
 nnections through library programs. Over the past several years\, she has 
 introduced Chinese/American Mahjong to diverse communities through library
  and community initiatives\, creating welcoming\, beginner-friendly enviro
 nments where people of all ages and backgrounds can learn\, connect\, and 
 enjoy this traditional game.</p>\n<p>Min developed Waterloo Public Library
 &rsquo\;s Majestic Tiles (Mahjong) Club\, where she has helped hundreds of
  participants discover Chinese/American Mahjong. She believes Mahjong is m
 ore than a game&mdash\;it encourages social connection\, lifelong learning
 \, and mental engagement.</p>\n<p>Min is excited to partner with Cambridge
  Public Library to introduce Chinese/American Mahjong to the community and
  welcome new players to experience this timeless tradition.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\
