 written by women\, people of color\, and members of LGBTQIA+ communities. 
 We occasionally read classic science fiction and fantasy to help contextua
 lize the more contemporary narratives that we typically read.</p>\n<p>This
  book club is appropriate for older young adults and adults.</p>\n<p>We me
 et online\, on the first Monday of every month.</p>\n<p>For the September 
 14th meeting\, we will be reading&nbsp\;<em>Piranesi</em>\, by Susanna Cla
 rke\, in its entirety.</p>\n<p>For the September 28th meeting\, we will be
  reading the first half (read to the end of Chapter 16-Pg. 226) of <em>Upr
 ooted</em>\, by Naomi Novik.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>For the November 2nd meeting\,
  we will be reading the second half of <em>Uprooted</em>\, by Naomi Novik.
 &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>For the December 7th meeting\, we will be reading the firs
 t half of <em>Witch King</em>\, by Martha Wells.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>For the Ja
 nuary 4th meeting\, we will be reading the second half of <em>Witch King</
