 ssor Michael Hilliard will introduce the art of a specific culture then le
 ad participants in the creation of their own artwork. Participants will ha
 ve the option to display their artwork at the Twinbrook Library.</p>\n<p>P
 articipation is limited to Elementary School-aged children and their careg
 ivers.</p>\n<p>This program is by registration only and is geared to child
 ren in Kindergarten&mdash\;Grade 6. Registration opens on September 15\, 2
 026.</p>\n<p>This program is generously sponsored by the <a href="https://

 the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of t
 he program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be
