Saratoga County will hold a FREE Countywid e Narcan Training Event on Monday August 31\, 2026. The Narcan Training Da y Event is in partnership with numerous organizations and agencies across Saratoga County. Those who are interested can visit a participating locati on for a 10-minute Narcan training to learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer nasal Naloxone (Narcan). Mental h ealth and substance use disorder resources will also be available.

Participants will receive a free Narcan rescue kit\, which includes two d oses of Narcan\, a rescue breathing face shield\, a certificate of trainin g\, a drug disposal system\, and a mental health and substance use disorde r resource guide.
