 September 8\, 2026. Classes will be held at Hoboken Library's Grand Street
  branch\, located at 124 Grand Street\, on the second floor\, in the Healt
 h Department's program room.</span></p>\n<p><span style="background-color:
  #ffff00\;">Please follow the wayfinding signs once you enter the building
 . If you cannot make it in person\, you can register to receive a zoom lin
 k so you can join remotely and or watch us on YouTube either on the same d
 ay or view the class video at your leisure.</span></p>\n<p>This week's cla
 ss will bring us the delightful paintings of the American Impressionist pa
 inter Edward Henry Potthast. Potthast was the master of beach scenes. He o
 ften focused on paintings of happy people frolicking seaside. Students wil
 l also create their own beach scenes using water colors\, acrylics and oil
  pastels. Impressionist techniques will be revisited.</p>\n<p>All material
 s are provided. This class is open to artists of any level\, including beg
 inners. All are welcome!</p>\n<p>This program will be held both in person 
 and live on Zoom and YouTube.</p>\n<p>Registration is required whether you
  are attending in person or online. Registration closes 15 minutes before 
 each class. You will receive the Zoom link and password 15 minutes before
