 rom having. Participants will examine common misconceptions about symptoms

 tion\, and workplace performance while learning what current evidence actu
 ally tells us. The session creates a respectful\, stigma-free space to ask
  questions\, challenge outdated beliefs\, and build confidence when speaki
 ng with healthcare providers\, family members\, colleagues\, and employers
 . The goal is to replace fear and confusion with practical knowledge\, inf
 ormed self-advocacy\, and more open\, supportive conversations about menop

 ertified Perimenopause and Menopause Coach\, Business Professor and Projec
 t Management Professional with extensive experience in education\, leaders
 hip and complex organizational environments. As creator and host of <em>Wh
 at the Pause?!</em>\, she leads candid\, evidence-informed conversations a
 bout menopause\, identity\, and wellbeing. Her approach blends academic ri
 gor\, lived experience and practical workplace insight. A dancer for 40 ye
 ars and former group fitness instructor of 30 years\, Amalia is deeply com
 mitted to helping women over 40 feel informed\, supported and empowered th
