 early 20th century. Similar to the Western card game\, Rummy\, mah jongg i
 s a game of skill\, strategy\, and luck.</p>\n<p>In this class\, you will 
 learn American standard mah jongg according to National Mah Jongg League r
 ules.</p>\n<p>Interested parties who own mah jongg tile sets are welcome t

 ted to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Childre
 n attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an a
 dult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accomp
 anying child.</p>\n<p>If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more\, 
 please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss
