 ></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a Solano County resident.</li>\n<li>Be age 60 or older
 \, or age 18 or older with a disability.</li>\n<li>Not currently own a dig
 ital device such as a tablet\, laptop\, or computer. A smartphone or cell 
 phone does not affect eligibility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How do particip
 ants sign up?</strong><br />Participants can sign up by connecting to the 
 online&nbsp\;digital Lift application on this page\, scanning the QR code 
 on the flyer available at our Vacaville Library branches \,or by calling d
 igital LIFT at (888) 370-0331 and leaving a voicemail.</p>\n<p>El programa
  Solano Connected\, en colaboraci&oacute\;n con digitalLIFT es un programa
  de alfabetizaci&oacute\;n digital ofrecido por digitalLIFT para ayudar a
