 lify\, participants must:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a Solano County resid
 ent.</li>\n<li>Be age 60 or older\, or age 18 or older with a disability.<
 /li>\n<li>Not currently own a digital device such as a tablet\, laptop\, o
 r computer. A smartphone or cell phone does not affect eligibility.</li>\n
 </ul>\n<p><strong>How do participants sign up?</strong><br />Participants 
 can sign up by scanning the QR code on the flyer at our Vacaville library 
 branches\, using the&nbsp\;<a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI

 lication here</a>\,&nbsp\;or calling digital LIFT at (888) 370-0331 and le
 aving a voicemail. Application and registration will be managed by digital
  LIFT staff.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Los participantes que cumplan los requisitos
