  designed to help individuals and families\, who experience a significant 
 reduction or loss of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) bene
 fits due to wage increases\, continue their path to self-sufficiency.</p>\
 n<p>This 18-month program is intended to support stability needed to maint
 ain employment\, gain skills needed to move into higher paying positions a
 nd become self-sufficient. Our Benefit Bridge program offers incentives\, 
 job retention and advancement\, job and education coaching\, peer mentorin
 g\, financial literacy\, training certifications and community referrals f
 or social services\, legal and mental health services.</p>\n<p>There are m
 any factors that are used to determine whether someone will be enrolled in
  the Benefit Bridge program. Below are some requirements for the applicant
  to consider:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employed&nbsp\;individual working at least 20
  hours per week and receiving SNAP and/or Publicly Funded Childcare who is
  experiencing a significant decrease in benefits or proposed closure due t
 o earned income in the prior 60 days from application date</li>\n<li>Unemp
 loyed individual receiving SNAP and/or Publicly Funded Childcare who enrol
 ls in a WIOA or SNAP Employment &amp\; Training short term training progra
 m (4 months max) and is expected to have employment within 60 days followi
 ng training</li>\n<li>Individual NOT serving Intentional Program Violation
  (IPV)</li>\n<li>Individual NOT currently on an overpayment (with Fraud by
  IPV or court decision)</li>\n<li>Sanctioned individual is not eligible un
 til sanction compliance is completed</li>\n<li>In-person intake and ongoin
 g meetings with assigned Mobility Mentor</li>\n<li>Completion of financial
