Through song and story\, &ldquo\;The Trave ling Folk Song&rdquo\; recounts Mark Dvorak&rsquo\;s long journey through music: beginning with learning songs from his family\; to taking guitar le ssons at the Old Town School of Folk Music\; to embarking on a career that would take him across the country\, learning and writing new songs. Accom panied by his 6-string guitar\, 5-string banjo\, and 12-string guitar\, Ma rk performs a folk concert that reflects on our common musical heritage. B orn and raised in the Chicago area\, singer-songwriter Mark Dvorak has spe nt over three decades on the road performing and recording\, and is also a n integral member of the faculty at Chicago&rsquo\;s venerable Old Town Sc hool of Folk Music.
