Northeast Library's Fall Garden Concert se ries returns featuring the Irish Breakfast Band.

The Irish Breakfa st Band is a multi-generational group of DC\, Northern Virginia\, and Mary land residents who meet on Saturday mornings for a potluck breakfast and r ehearsal of their vast repertoire of Celtic tunes. These Saturday meetings are usually held at a different house each week\, with attendance often e xceeding twenty musicians.

\n

The band has been an institution in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria for more than 40 years and has perform ed extensively throughout the Washington Metropolitan area at events such as the Washington Folk Festival\, Art on the Avenue (in Alexandria)\, and other local concert series.

\n

Concerts are held in the outside garde n area. Bring your lawn chair and love of music.

\n

In the event of u ncooperative weather\, the concert will be in the Lower Level Room.
