 onth at the Main Library.</p>\n<p>A Notary Public is an individual\, appoi
 nted by state government\, to serve the public as an impartial witness in 
 performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signi
 ng of important documents.</p>\n<p>All documents must be ready for notariz
 ation prior to meeting with the Notary.</p>\n<p>You must be easily identif
 ied by the Notary Public through satisfactory evidence of identity. This f
 orm of proper identification must not be expired. Proper forms of identifi
 cation include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>State ID or Driver&rsquo\;s License</li>\n<
 li>U.S. Passport</li>\n<li>U.S. Military Card</li>\n<li>Foreign Passport\,
  validated by INS</li>\n<li>Driver&rsquo\;s License issued in Mexico or Ca
 nada</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you do not have a means of proper identification\,
  the Notary cannot witness your documents. If your proper identification i
 s expired\, the Notary cannot witness your documents. The document must be
  signed in front of the Notary. The Notary cannot witness your document if
  it is not signed in front of the Notary.</p>\n<p>If you do NOT have ident
 ification\, you may bring a Credible Witness known to the Notary who will 
 vouch for you. If the Credible Witness is not known to the Notary\, you re
 quire two Witnesses\, and each must provide a form of proper identificatio
 n. Credible witnesses cannot have a financial stake in the document you wa
 nt notarized.</p>\n<p>The Notary Public at the Worcester Public Library ca
 nnot notarize anything to do with real estate or requiring legal counsel. 
 The Notary cannot provide legal counsel. The Notary is not bilingual and w
