 ssive\, vibrant art of Vincent van Gogh&nbsp\;and&nbsp\;dabble&nbsp\;with 
 oil pastels\, crayons\, and colored pencils to craft paper collages&nbsp\;
 inspired by his work.</p>\n<p><em><strong>Registration begins September 14
  for September 21's program. Participants must be ages 7&ndash\;11. To ens
 ure successful signup\, each child needs to be registered separately\, usi
 ng the child's first and last name on the registration form. A library car
 d number is not required.&nbsp\;</strong></em>Children in grade 5 and belo
 w must have a caregiver on library premises during the program.</p>\n<p>No
  younger siblings may attend this program\; however\, we do offer <span st
 yle="text-decoration: underline\;"><a href="https://carmelclaylibrary.org/
 events?n=3&amp\;term=Dabble+Jr&amp\;r=months">a separate Dabble Jr. progra
 m</a></span> designed specially for children ages 4&ndash\;6.</p>\n<p>Plea
 se enjoy all snacks before and after the program. We ask all attendees to 
 refrain from eating during the program so that all participants can focus
