  It Works</strong><br />1. A guided on-site session-A facilitator introduc
 es the experience\, helps participants get comfortable\, and remains prese
 nt throughout.</p>\n<p>2. Immersive experience-Participants experience car
 efully selected immersive environments such as natural settings\, travel d
 estinations\, and meaningful places.</p>\n<p>3. Shared reflection and conn
 ection-The experience continues after the headset comes off through conver
 sation\, storytelling\, and renewed engagement.</p>\n<p><strong>About Terr

 ionship building\, Terry helps ensure that immersive technology becomes me
 aningful engagement&mdash\;not just equipment. His work focuses on helping
  older adults reconnect with curiosity\, conversation\, and shared experie
