X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:<p>This session breaks down what's actually h
appening when you use tools like ChatGPT\, Gemini\, or Meta AI: how they w
ork\, why people find them useful\, and why others want nothing to do with
them.</p>\n<p>Then we get hands-on. Bring your phone or tablet and we'll
walk through as a group real\, current steps to mute\, hide\, or limit AI
features on the platforms you already use\, Google\, Meta (Facebook\, Inst
 agram\, WhatsApp)\, Android\, and iPhone. You'll leave with a printed quic
k-reference guide so you can keep adjusting settings at home.</p>\n<p>Most
companies don't offer a true "off" switch for AI anymore\, it's built int
 o search\, messaging\, and photos by default. This session won't promise t
o erase AI from your life. What it will give you is a clearer picture of w
here AI shows up\, why it's there\, and the real levers you have to dial i
t back\, so the choice feels like yours again.</p>\n<p>No tech experience
 needed.</p>\n<hr />\n<p><strong>Questions?</strong> Please call&nbsp\;705-
