 he most of their library membership\, and explore opportunities for learni
 ng\, recreation\, and engagement. The program also includes a guided tour 
 of the John M. Harper Branch\, providing an opportunity to become familiar
  with the space and meet others in a welcoming environment.</p>\n<h4>About
  Welcoming Week</h4>\n<p><a href="https://welcomingweek.org/" target="_bla
 nk" rel="noopener">Welcoming Week</a> is an annual campaign that celebrate
 s the work in communities to become welcoming places for all\, including i
