Vaping has become a popular substitute for smoking cigarettes. But is it really a safer alternative? Join Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist Vicki Burke as she introduces what vaping is\ , explores the health risks that came from it\, and explains the benefits of being vape free. Education on resources for quitting and reducing the u se of vapes will also be provided.

This program is great for individuals wanting to stop smoking and vaping\, teens that have quest ions about the safety of vaping\, and families that want to learn together the different challenges that can come with the habit\, as well as soluti ons or next steps that can be taken.
