  discuss related film selections at some sessions to view before we meet.<
 /p>\n<p>The reading for this date is</p>\n<p>&ldquo\;The Embroidered Towel
 &rdquo\; by Mikhail Bulgakov (1926 &ndash\; p.85).&nbsp\; From his collect
 ion\, A Country Doctor's Notebook\, a young physician confronts a desperat
 e&nbsp\;emergency testing his skill\, courage\, and ability to improvise.
