 nity Dietitian working in Chronic Disease Prevention &amp\; Management wit
 hin the Saskatchewan&nbsp\;Health&nbsp\;Authority. Breanne has 10+ years o
 f experience in a variety of settings. She has a passion for delivering ev
 idenced-based nutrition education to prevent and manage nutrition-related 
 diseases in individuals and communities.</em></p>\n<p><strong>October 22:<
 /strong> <em>Lindsay Bzdel works in Population Health Promotion with the S
 askatchewan Health Authority and has been involved with Age-Friendly Regin
 a for more than three years. She is a member of the Age-Friendly Regina St
 eering Committee and is actively involved in its social prescribing initia
 tive\, helping connect older adults with community programs\, services and
 &nbsp\;supports. Lindsay is passionate about building stronger\, more conn
 ected communities where older adults can find the information\, support an
 d opportunities they need to thrive.</em></p>\n<p><em>Age Friendly Regina-

 \, Nordic Pole Walking\, and LiveWell with Chronic Conditions program. Cur
