 character or costume concept.</li>\n<li>Plan a project and choose appropri
 ate materials.</li>\n<li>Create basic shapes and structures using wire\, p
 aper\, and foil.</li>\n<li>Build and shape a lightweight base for a costum
 e accessory.</li>\n<li>Sculpt and add details using air-dry clay.</li>\n<l
 i>Turn their ideas into a simple\, wearable or decorative costume piece.</
