 ects from home.</li>\n<li>This is an informal program in a relaxed setting
  with opportunities for participants to socialise with one another.&nbsp\;
 </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bookings and supervision:&nbsp\;</strong><br />Bo
 okings are recommended to save your place in the program. Please cancel yo
 ur booking if you are no longer able to attend so we can contact our waitl
