</p>\n<p><em>A Lake with No Bottom</em> | When Sidney Cromwell moves to ru
ral Forsyth County\, Georgia from the big city of Atlanta\, all he wants i
s to fit in at his new high school. But when Sidney nearly drowns in Lake
Lanier\, an allegedly haunted lake that is the site of numerous inexplicab
le freak accidents and deaths\, he becomes a social pariah as he starts to
suffer terrifying visions from the past and hauntings by apparitions call
ing him to Lanier.</p>\n<p>Sidney returns to the lake for answers\, and he
finds in its murky depths the spirits of former residents from Oscarville
\, the Black town that lies beneath the man-made lake. They enlist Sidney
to remind Forsyth of its devastating history and push its citizens to make
amends so that the souls in Oscarville can finally rest. But Sidney soon
learns that people will go to great lengths to avoid facing truths they&rs
quo\;d rather not hear. The people of Forsyth County refuse to acknowledge
the past\, and as Oscarville&rsquo\;s populace starts to lose their patie
nce\, their rage and thirst for vengeance rise like a tidal wave.</p>\n<p>
 <strong>Hugh &ldquo\;H. D.&rdquo\; Hunter</strong> is from Atlanta\, Georg

 ><em></em></p>\n<p><em>Hollywood Edible FX</em> is a behind-the-scenes exp
loration of edible food effects in film and television\, where culinary cr
aft meets cinematic illusion. Written by food stylist and FX artist Elizab
eth Grove\, this&nbsp\;visually driven book pulls back the curtain on how
food is transformed into blood\, glass\, body parts\, mythical creatures\,
and unsettling props for sci-fi\, fantasy\, and horror productions. Drawi
ng from over two decades of experience on major film and television sets\,
Grove shares the techniques\, materials\, and problem-solving required to
create edible FX that look disturbingly real while remaining safe for act
ors and production. From breakable glass and crawling insects to raw organ
textures and fantastical creatures\, each chapter blends storytelling\, p
 rocess\, and striking visuals.</p>\n<p><strong>Elizabeth Grove</strong> gr
aduated from Culinary College in Los Angeles\, where her career developed
from Sous Chef to catering to the movie industry. After feeding the masses
on set\, the next career move to Food Styling was more challenging and ex
citing\, with her period-specific food being featured in such successes as
  <em>Saving Mr. Banks\, Will Trent\, Stranger Things\, Tulsa King\, Scooby
-Doo</em>&nbsp\;and the remake of <em>Roots </em>among others. Liz has bec
ome a pioneer in the emerging food effects industry. She has spent her tim
e on sets focusing on creating unique dishes for science-fiction and horro
r films. She looks forward to every new project\, to see what new food sty
les she can present to the world.</p>\n<p style="text-align: center\;"></p
