Earl Terry is a Deaf educator\, artist\, cu rator\, advocate\, and founder of Gecko BASL + Protactile + ASL LLC and MD VAP (Melanated Deaf Visual Artists Project). His work centers Deaf culture \, Black American Sign Language (BASL)\, Protactile\, accessibility\, stor ytelling\, and community engagement through arts and education. Based in A rizona\, Earl collaborates with community organizations\, libraries\, arti sts\, and institutions to create inclusive Deaf-centered spaces that uplif t marginalized voices and strengthen cultural visibility across the state.
