 cyclist or an experienced rider\, this engaging presentation answers the t
 en questions cyclists ask most often about how bike fits improve cycling s
 afety\, riding comfort\, and cycling performance.</p>\n<p>The first half o
 f the presentation focuses on questions asked about professional bike fitt
 ing. Discover why saddle height\, crank arm length\, handlebar position\, 
 pedal setup\, and rider biomechanics all influence comfort\, efficiency\, 
 and injury prevention. We'll separate cycling myths from evidence-based pr
 actices and explain when a professional bike fit can make the biggest diff
 erence.</p>\n<p>In the second half of the presentation\, we will discuss h
 ow you can improve your safety on a bicycle. Topics include helmet selecti
 on\, visibility\, traffic positioning\, braking techniques\, tire pressure
 \, common causes of crashes\, and simple habits that can dramatically redu
 ce the risk of injury. You'll also learn how proper bike maintenance contr
 ibutes to safety and how to identify potential problems before they become
  dangerous. Attendees will leave with practical tips they can apply immedi
 ately\, helping them ride farther\, more comfortably\, and with greater co

 tensive engineering\, computer programming\, and project management backgr
 ound. He is certified by the International Bike Fitting Institute (IBFI)&n
 bsp\;as a level 4 fitter and specializes in knee pain mitigation and teach
 ing bike fitting education.</p>\n<p>Sue Schultz\, PhD<br />Sue is a Profes
 sor Emeritus in Neuroscience at the University of Florida and an avid cycl
 ist and exercise enthusiast. She received numerous education awards during
  her 40-year tenure at UF and is currently applying her vast knowledge of 
 online education to the development and delivery of the highest quality on
 line bike fitting courses and virtual bike fits currently available.&nbsp\
