 en\, reflect\, and deepen our understanding of Indigenous histories and ex
 periences in Canada. During this workshop\, participants will step on blan
 kets representing the land and into the role of First Nations\, Inuit\, an
 d M&eacute\;tis peoples. They will be guided by a trained facilitator\, El
 der Sam George from Tsleil-Waututh Nation who is an Indigenous Elder and K
 nowledge Keeper. Working from a script that covers pre-contact\, treaty-ma
 king\, colonization\, resistance\, and much more\, participants will read 
 scrolls and respond to cues. The blanket exercise will conclude with a deb
 riefing\, conducted as a talking circle\, during which participants discus
 s the learning experience\, process their feelings\, ask questions\, share
  insights\, and deepen their understanding. &nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Please keep th
 e following in mind if you plan to attend:</p>\n<ul>\n<li style="text-alig
 n: left\;">Wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to take off your shoes
 \;</li>\n<li style="text-align: left\;">Attendees are asked to stay for th
 e full duration of the exercise\;</li>\n<li style="text-align: left\;">Pho
 tography and video/audio recording will not be permitted.</li>\n<li style=
