 no thrill like a lightning bolt of inspiration! When a poem seems to just 
 appear out of thin air\, it feels mystical\, magical even\, like some unfa
 thomable force we just have to hope will find us. In truth though\, we don
 &rsquo\;t have to wait at all! We can learn to cultivate inspiration\, so 
 that its electric pulses are readily available at our fingertips. In this 
 workshop\, we will read poems and excerpts on this topic\, and we will min
 e them for strategies that we can employ in our writing practice every day
 . Together\, we will test out a variety of writing prompts\, share what we
 &rsquo\;ve written\, and leave humming with an infinite supply of new idea

 ncine Rockey is the author of<span>&nbsp\;</span><i>To Find Treasure in th
 e Mountains<span>&nbsp\;</span></i>(Yosemite Conservancy 2022). She holds 
 an MFA in poetry and a certificate in Children's Literature from San Diego
  State University. Her poetry has been published in a variety of literary 
 journals including:&nbsp\;<i>The Dirigible Balloon\, Mom Egg Review</i>\,&
 nbsp\;<i>The&nbsp\;Scriblerus\, Wingless Dreamer\,</i>&nbsp\;and the<span>
 &nbsp\;</span><i>San Diego Poetry Annual.&nbsp\;</i>Francine lives in Bend
 \, Oregon\, with her forever valentine and two sons\, where they wander al
 ong trails\, over mountaintops\, and under waterfalls\, collecting poems.&
