 rary card holders.</p>\n<p>Mah Jongg at Roxbury Library is open to the pub
 lic. Players may not reserve tables exclusively for private groups.</p>\n<
 p>Be Welcoming. Treat fellow players\, volunteers\, and library staff with
  courtesy and respect. Help create a friendly environment for everyone.</p
 >\n<p>Tables Seat Four. Each table is limited to four active players. Play
 ers may rotate or form new tables as needed.</p>\n<p>No Saved Seats. Seats
  are available on a first-come\, first-served basis. Please do not hold se
 ats for players who have not yet arrived.</p>\n<p>Tickets. For players who
  have not registered with a Roxbury library card\, they will be issued beg
 inning at 10am for the same day&rsquo\;s session at 1pm.&nbsp\; Go to the 
 Library Front Desk to sign up and receive your ticket.&nbsp\; One must com
 e to the desk in person to receive a ticket. A ticket guarantees you one s
 pace at a table as long as you are there at 1pm.&nbsp\; You may not sign u
 p another individual.</p>\n<p>Mix and Mingle. Players are encouraged to pl
 ay with different people and welcome newcomers into games.</p>\n<p>Know th
 e Game. This is an open-play session\, not a class. Beginners should have 
 a basic understanding of Mah Jongg before joining regular play.</p>\n<p>Pl
 ay Friendly. Friendly competition is encouraged\; arguing\, criticizing an
 other player's skill level\, or unsportsmanlike behavior is not.</p>\n<p>N
 o Gambling. Money\, wagering\, or other gambling is not permitted.</p>\n<p
 >Respect the Schedule. Play begins and ends at the designated time. Please
  finish your current hand and clean up promptly when the session ends.</p>
 \n<p>Take Care of the Space. Keep food and beverages away from library-own
 ed game materials and leave tables and chairs tidy.</p>\n<p>Library Staff 
 Have Final Say. Concerns should be brought to library staff. Staff may add
 ress disruptive behavior\, disputes\, or repeated violations of these Hous
 e Rules. Volunteer coordinators help facilitate play but do not set Librar
 y policy or resolve serious conflicts\; concerns should be referred to Lib
