 erican Federation of Teachers (AFT)\, representing 1.8 million educators\,
  healthcare professionals\, and public employees nationwide. Previously\, 
 he led the 140\,000-member Florida Education Association and served as an 
 AFT vice president. Since 2020\, he has been a national advocate for educa
 tion\, labor\, and racial justice. Ingram has served on the NAACP Foundati
 on Board of Trustees and the Presidential Advisory Commission on Advancing
  Educational Equity. A Miami native\, he earned degrees from Bethune-Cookm
 an University and Barry University and is a respected leader in education\
