 r the fall/wintertime. No knowledge is required we are happy to help with 
 identifying and providing knowledge around what we see. We encourage&nbsp\
 ;people sharing knowledge they might have as well around plants\, bugs\, w
 eather\, etc. as our walks are aimed at community education for everyone. 
 Binoculars will be provided. Dress for the weather.&nbsp\;<br /><br /></p>

 </a>&nbsp\;is a queer community group that aims to get individuals involve
 d in the natural beauty&nbsp\;central Oregon has to offer. We offer weekly
  walks across Central Oregon where we get out and identify the birds in ou
 r areas. We aim to be inclusive to everyone and are always excited about g
 etting people in birding\, bugs\, plants\, or butterflies! This is a space
  where no knowledge is required and we can all learn together in a safe an
 d supportive space.&nbsp\;<br /><br /></p>\n<p><img src="https://static.li

 " alt="" /></p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor:</strong></p>\n<p>Kay is 
 a mental health therapist by day and bird enthusiast when not working. The
 y started Queer as Flock after attending a pride walk hosted by their frie
 nd Bo who runs <a href="https://birdhers.com/">BirdHers</a> out in Portlan
 d. They knew they wanted to create a community space like that where weekl
 y walks were offered around the Central Oregon area. Queer as Flock aims t
 o get people interested and aware of the abundant natural life all around
