 n original story has an educational component and an inclusive message. Th
 e storytelling sessions are interactive\, with sensory props and storyboar
 ds used to engage the young audience with gentle sounds\, scent\, touch\, 
 and sight accompanying the story. The multi-sensory books are enjoyed by c
 hildren of all abilities\, so siblings are welcome too!</p>\n<p>This progr
 am is presented by&nbsp\;ReadAbility\, a nonprofit organization run by DMV
  area high school students.</p>\n<p>For ages 3 and up.</p>\n<p>Registratio
 n is required.&nbsp\;Registration opens two weeks prior to the event.</p>\

 nch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the prog
 ram. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompa
 nied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must ha
 ve an accompanying child.</p>\n<p>Accommodation Requests</p>\n<p>People wh
 o are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request&nbsp\;English-language captio
 ning or sign-language interpretation&nbsp\;at least five days before the l
 ibrary-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facili

 mmodation requests.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>\n<p>In this monthly pro
 gram with the Metropolitan Ballet Theatre\, kids ages 2-6 and their grownu
 ps will participate in an engaging creative movement-style program in conn
 ection to a chosen story of the day read aloud in class.</p>\n<p>Children 
 will focus on stretches\, gross motor movements\, and get a peek into basi
 c ballet technique\, all while expressing themselves creatively!</p>\n<p>C
 lass involves the use of music and fun props including dots\, cones\, and 
 scarves.</p>\n<p>At least one grown-up should be in attendance with a chil
 d/children.</p>\n<p>Each class is 45-minutes long. Participants should wea
