Have you prepared your resumes from an aut obiographical perspective? This works as a first draft . A refined &ldquo\ ;all-about-me&rdquo\; second draft &ndash\; loaded with key words &ndash\; can pass through the digital scanning filters and attract recruiters. The most effective resumes\, though\, are written to also engage the human re source and hiring decision makers by flipping the applicant&rsquo\;s viewp oint to meeting job needs\, matching requirements\, and aligning with deci sion makers&rsquo\; hiring criteria. (Emphasis: What can you do for me?) A flipped resume will reflect solution-directed\, problem solving achieveme nts. It will stand out! In addition\, we will discuss forecasts of skills in demand by 2030. Decreasing in prominence are AI-impacted areas such as math\, data\, computers\, language\, and business processes.
