 ow about most stars in the universe comes from studying the one star we ca
 n see in detail\, the Sun. Trained observatory staff will guide attendees 
 through the process of safely looking at our closest star through speciali
 zed equipment. We will use two different types of filters that allow the v
 iewer to see sunspots\, solar prominences\, filaments\, surface texture\, 
 and possibly a solar flare!</p>\n<p><strong>About the Sunriver Nature Cent
 er &amp\; Observatory:&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p>The Sunriver Nature Center 
 &amp\; Observatory is a not-for-profit educational organization in Sunrive
 r. The Sunriver Nature Center &amp\; Observatory offers immersive learning
  experiences that connect visitors and community members to the wonders of

 rties\, native plant sales\, and annual events like the Wildflower Show an
