  Bear</em> by Kira Willey and learn about mindful breathing and belly brea
 ths. After reading the book\, participants will create their own jellyfish
  breathing buddy to take home as a fun reminder and tool for practicing ca
 lming breaths.</p>\n<p>This program is being led by a Licensed Mental Heal
 th Counselor Associate from Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana. Me
 ntal Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHANI) is an advocacy and educat
 ion non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to promote
  the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy\, e
 ducation\, support services\, and hope.</p>\n<p>Space is limited\; registe
