Centered around his n ew book\, Go and Do Likewise: How We Heal a Broken Country\, Gove rnor Beshear will share stories of healing\, justice\, forgiveness\, welco ming\, and moral clarity.

Governor Andy Beshear \;is \;a born-a
nd-raised \;Kentuckian. Before he was elected Governor in 2019\, Andy
served as the \;state&rsquo\;s \;Attorney General since 2015\, wor
king as a lawyer on behalf of the government for the people of Kentucky. A
ndy and his wife\, Britainy\, have two children\, Will and Lila\, and dog
Winnie. His family attends Beargrass Christian Church\, where both Andy an
d Britainy serve as deacons. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt with a \;b
achelor&rsquo\;s \;in political science and anthropology and holds a J
uris Doctorate from the University of Virginia law school.

\nCALS will validate parking in the CALS Library Square surface lot and the CALS Parking Deck. The entrance to the surface lot is located on 2nd \;Street near River Market Ave. The ent rance to the parking deck is located on Rock Street and can be accessed fr om President Clinton Ave. Street parking is also available throughout the River Market District (free after 6pm and on weekends).
