 insdill returns to the Old Forge Library on Tuesday\, September 8\, at 6 p
 m for the next installment of&nbsp\;Seasonal Wellness: Healing with the Rh
 ythms of Nature. This fall session\, "Nourishing and Grounding Roots"\, ta
 kes a closer look at the roots that plants store underground as summer fad
 es and autumn arrives.</p>\n<p>Fall is root-harvesting season\, and the ev
 ening will explore how roots are used in herbal traditions\, what makes th
 em nourishing\, and why this time of year is so closely connected with slo
 wing down\, gathering energy\, and preparing for winter.</p>\n<p>The progr
 am will be hands-on and practical\, with plenty of opportunity to learn ab
 out the plants themselves. A tasting of herbal teas made from the roots fe
 atured in the program will round out the evening.</p>\n<p>Hinsdill is a Bo
 onville-based herbalist and founder of Wild Soulstice LLC. She has spent y
 ears teaching people about the properties and uses of plants through herba
 l education\, consultations\, plant walks\, and other programs. She also l
 eads the Old Forge Library&rsquo\;s popular herbal study group.</p>\n<p>Th
