\nArielle Hayat is a clinical herbalist with three years of intensive training from Arbor Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism in New York City. She completed her clinical year in 2018. Her e xperience as an herbalist is characterized by her studies and own practice in addition to completing a 2.5-year herbal apprenticeship certificate pr ogram (1000 hours) at 25-year-old medicinal herb shop Flower Power Herbs a nd Roots focusing on the Six Steps of Healing of the Wise Woman Tradition under mentor Lata Kennedy. Arielle had her personal practice on-site as we ll as hosted workshops at wellness haven\, The Alchemist&rsquo\;s Kitchen\ , and other NYC locales to empower and guide her community to a healthier lifestyle that focuses on wellness from the inside out.
