 >Mah-Jongg is a game of skill\, strategy\, calculation\, and a little bit 
 of luck! <strong>Players who already know how to play are welcome to join 
 our weekly drop-in sessions&mdash\;no registration is required.</strong></
 p>\n<p>If you're interested in learning\, we will periodically offer a lim
 ited number of beginner spots. <strong>Beginners must register in advance 
 and attend the three Thursday sessions of the series</strong>\, where you'
 ll learn the game through guided instruction. After completing all three s
 essions\, you'll be ready to join the regular Mah-Jongg games and can retu
 rn to play during any future drop-in session.</p>\n<p>Beginner space is li
 mited\, and registration is required when a beginner series is offered. Oc
 tober beginner sessions start on October 1st and the other two sessions ar
 e the 8th and 15th. Beginners should stop at the Library service desk for 
 check in at the first class meeting.</p>\n<p><em>This program is sponsored
