 p>\n<p><strong>About our partner&nbsp\;</strong></p>\n<p><a href="https://
 www.hospicewaterloo.ca/">Hospice Waterloo Region</a> was founded in 1993 b
 y Lucille Mitchell\, a local resident who recognized the need for hospice 
 palliative care services in the Waterloo Region. Hospice&rsquo\;s core pro
 gram is the Volunteer Visiting Program. Individuals living with life-threa
 tening illness are matched one on one with a highly trained hospice volunt
 eer who commits to making weekly visits to the client&rsquo\;s home to pro
 vide emotional and practical support.</p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility</stron
 g><br />If you require an&nbsp\;accessibility accommodation&nbsp\;for this
