 ebrate Mexican&ndash\;American family traditions and everyday moments. Tog
 ether\,&nbsp\;we'll&nbsp\;enjoy a story and dabble with scissors\, paper\,
  and thread to create our own&nbsp\;<em>papel&nbsp\;picado</em> banners!</
 p>\n<p><em><strong>Registration begins October 22 for October 29's program
 . Participants must be ages 4&ndash\;6. To ensure successful signup\, each
  child needs to be registered separately\, using the child's first and las
 t name on the registration form. A library card number is not required.&nb
 sp\;</strong></em>Children in grade 5 and below must have a caregiver on l
 ibrary premises during the program.</p>\n<p>No younger or older siblings m
 ay attend this program\; however\, we do offer <span style="text-decoratio
 n: underline\;"><a href="https://carmelclaylibrary.org/events?n=3&amp\;ter
 m=Dabble&amp\;r=months">a separate&nbsp\;Dabble&nbsp\;program</a></span> d
 esigned specially for children ages 7&ndash\;11.</p>\n<p>Please enjoy all 
 snacks before and after the program. We ask all attendees to refrain from 
 eating during the program so that all participants can focus on and engage
