Each sess ion focuses on a different \;emotion\, such as \;fear\, curiosity\ , anger\, \;or \;joy. Children can slow down\, listen\, and notice how that feeling shows up in their body\, one sound frequency at a time.< /p>\n

Shaniece Nicole is an educator with o
ver 10 years \;of \;experience teaching \;school-aged \;ch
ildren. \;She is dedicated \;to helping children build a healthy r
elationship with their emotions. She uses instruments and storytelling to
guide children toward greater emotional awareness and mental well-being. S
haniece is passionate about giving children the tools to understand their
emotional bodies from an early age. She believes that when children learn
to listen to themselves\, they carry that self-awareness and confidence wi
th them for life.
