  include lecture as well as an introductory guided exercise in which parti
 cipants will begin to feel the power of this practice. Questions and discu

 sing an updated version of this ancient practice for control of our nervou
 s systems\, creating a deeper connection to all of nature\, and to explore
  the importance of a wholistic approach to healing.</p>\n<h5>About the pre
 senter</h5>\n<p>Lynn has her doctoral degree in education\, is a retired y
 oga teacher\, LPC counselor and Vice President for Student Affairs in thre
 e community colleges. She is an educator at heart\, passionate about human
  development and a wisdom seeker. Lynn has practiced and shared meditation
 \, breathwork\, and shamanic practices with others for over 30 years. Her 
 teachers include Michael Harner\, Harvard professor\, author of the <em>Wa
 y of the Shaman</em>\; completion of several workshops with his Foundation
  for Shamanic Studies\; and has completed advanced practitioner training a
 nd teacher training with recognized global expert and author of 14 books o
 n shamanism\, Sandra Ingerman.</p>\n<p><em>For disability accommodations\,
