X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:
Have your children's vision tested before
or after you attend storytime on September 21! Vision problems affect 3 to
4 percent of preschool children. If some problems are not detected early\
, a child's vision may deteriorate to the point of irreversible blindness.
Screenings by Lion volunteers can help identify children that need to see
an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a full eye exam. No appointment is
necessary\, and the screening is free.
\n
Please fill out
a consent form in advance and bring it to Kids Study Room 1A at the Main
Library when you arrive for your child's screening:
\n
