Prompt &\; Polish: A Guided Creative Wr iting Workshop \;is a 90-minute weekly class. Writers will respond to fun\, rapid-fire prompts to quiet their inner critics. The group will shar e fresh drafts\, offer kind feedback\, and build a steady creative habit i n a warm\, supportive space. The workshop is designed to help participants finish new drafts\, break through mental blocks\, and find joy in the mes sy first stages of creative writing.

In order to ensure everyone i s able to share their work\, each workshop will have a maximum of 8 partic ipants. Registration is required for each session you would like to attend .

Carla Cantor\, a writer and editor who specializes in p sychology and medicine and the author of \;Phantom Illness: Shattering the Myth of Hypochondria\, will lead the workshop. She and her husband ha ve called Maplewood home for nearly 30 years and raised their two children here.
