This program highlights services available through the Talking Book and Braill e Library\, which offers access to materials in braille and audio form ats to residents of New York state of any age who have a disability that p revents them from using standard print materials. People who receive servi ce through the TBBL also have access to BARD\, an online catalog of downlo adable books. The librarian at this event can demonstrate BARD.
