 .</p>\n<p>This program is designed for youth who are enthusiastic about le
 arning\, leading\, and creating positive change in their community.</p>\n<
 p><strong>Youth Library Leaders will receive volunteer hours for attending
  meetings and participating in program activities.</strong></p>\n<p><stron
 g>Important: Participants must register for the program and commit to atte
 nding all scheduled sessions. As each session builds on the previous one a
 nd contributes to the planning and delivery of the Youth Week event or ini
 tiative\, full attendance is required to ensure participants receive the c
 omplete learning experience and can fully contribute to the success of the
