 ily collaboration.</strong></p>\n<p>This year\, Deschutes Public Library i
 s thrilled to host Michael Lavrich (&ldquo\;The Train Man&rdquo\;) and his
  incredible train collection. Michael has brought his trains to the Librar
 y for over two decades. Celebrate this time-honored tradition by creating 
 a train-inspired tiny painting (6&rdquo\;x6&rdquo\; canvas) to be shown at
  the Central Library during the month of December. Join local artist Anast
 asia Zielinski as she walks us through the steps of creating our paintings
 . Paintings will be put up for display after drying\, and participants wil
 l be able to pick up their art pieces in early January.</p>\n<p><strong></

 /strong></p>\n<p><strong>About the Instructor:</strong><br />Anastasia Zie
 linski&nbsp\;is a multidisciplinary artist and arts educator. Her practice
  centers around painting\, fiber-based collage\, and installation art. She
  received her BFA with a minor in art history from Pratt Institute (Brookl
 yn\, NY 2005). Ms. Zielinski has shown her work nationally and internation
 ally\, creating site-specific installations for INSCAPE arts\, Shunpike&rs
 quo\;s Storefront Seattle\, Spaceworks Tacoma\, and CLAVO. Recent residenc
 ies include Casa L&uuml\; and eeeee\, both located in Mexico City. She is 
 featured in issue #40 of&nbsp\;CREATE!&nbsp\;Magazine. Anastasia is one of
  the 2023 recipients of the Jerry Goldstein Foundation award. Ms. Zielinsk
