The library is excited to partner \;wi th Pages on the Path \;for a very special reading experience during Ba nned Books Week. Pages on the Path\, an audiobook walking club\, \;inv ites \;you to get lost in a good book while exploring neighborhoods ac ross the DMV.
\nBring your headphones\, walking shoes\, and press pl ay on your current audiobook as we stroll through the Southwest Neighborho od. Participants are welcome to listen to any audiobook\, but for Hispanic Heritage Month\, we will feature Toni Morrison's The Bluest Eye using the Library's Libby App. \;
\nParticipants will be require d to sign a waiver at the beginning of the walk. We also encourage partici pants to wear sunscreen\, protective attire (hat/sunglasses)\, and bring p lenty of water. \;
