 ication from other states. Arkansas's Hunter Education program is recogniz
 ed in all states\, as well as in Canada and Mexico.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Anyone 
 born on or after January 1\, 1969\, is required to have taken and passed a
  state-approved Hunter Education Safety Course in order to be legal to hun
 t in the state of Arkansas. After successfully passing the exam\, students
  will have their Hunter Certification linked to their customer identificat
 ion number.</p>\n<p><strong>Registration is free\, but required and will b
 e handled by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. The registration link
