 p>Held in honour of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. Reconciliat
 ion Through Art - "Reviving History" is a hands-on clay workshop exploring
  M&eacute\;tis heritage and prairie history. Participants will discover th
 e rich culture of the M&eacute\;tis people\, the impact of colonialism on 
 the Plains Bison\, and the Indigenous roots of Regina\, originally known a
 s "Pile of Bones." To bring their learning to life\, everyone will sculpt 
 their own air-dry clay bison skull to take home.</p>\n<p><img src="https:/

 "153" height="199" alt="" /><strong>Geanna Dunbar</strong> <em>is a Cree-M
 &eacute\;tis spoken word poet\, visual artist\, body modification artist\,
  and entrepreneur from Regina with a special interest in sustainable art a
 nd interdisciplinary community collaboration. Geanna works in mixed media 
 collage\, sculpture\, acrylic\, street art\, chalkboard\, window painting\
 , and large-scale murals. She is now YWCA 2024 Women of Distinction Award 
 Winner for Indigenous Resurgence in Action. Her work with The Path of Reco
 nciliation\, the longest mural in Saskatchewan - went internationally feat
 ured in the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington and publish
 ed in Hyperallergic Magazine based out of Brooklyn\, NY.</em></p>\n<p><em>
